I like that Andrea Ottlewski chose to go with a non-traditional skyline for this tattoo, instead choosing to highlight the natural aspects of the Pacific Northwest as well as the urban.

this is my tattoo. the design was created by the artist, Andrea Ottlewski of Slave to the Needle in Ballard, but the concept was my own. it was indeed my intention to spotlight the infinite natural beauty that surrounds our city rather than make it a “Seattle” tattoo.
