Clearly a devotee of the ink and needles but yikes what a great addition to his knob along with the penile implants and shaft tattoo. I will not be veturing along this route anytime soon but admire his fortitude.

That is actually very neat and tidy. I guess most of the penis tattoos I’ve seen are not very clean. But, I’d guess it’s probably hard to hold on to a penis while you tattoo it. I’d think it’d be easier to have it erect. Idk how it is done tho.
