“Lauren”
Lauren is my youngest grandchild
Always happy, very seldom wild
Sweet memories of her I hold in my heart
Even though now we are far apart
God will watch over her day and night
With His everloving light
And Keep her safe and free from sin
Then one day we’ll meet again.
Love, Grandma
I have never responded to a ModBlog post before, though I’ve seen many. This is the first time I have had such a deeply personal response to a stranger’s tattoo. I was truly amazed by the “Skullboy” entry, but am astonished to say that this image was far more poignant to me. I want to thank the person who posted this for expanding my sense of the potential ambit of tattooing. I am, simply, in awe.
Awwwwww, that’s such a wonderful idea for a tattoo!
Grandkids are the most wonderful things on earth.
too bad its going to be a blob in 5 years
I got teary, too…reading Comment 17.
That was evil, Nikki, but damn funny!
Very neat. I’m definitely one for sentimental tattoos and such that go outside the lines of “For Dad 1948-2008″ etc.
really?!…..that’s the best idea you could come up with?!….
i cant read that. i dont know if its my eyes or my monitor…
can someone ‘read’ it to me please??? thankye!
