My toes look almost like that, and they’re not modified in any way, at least not on purpose. I guess I wore too tight shoes as a kid or something.

I don’t like pointy shoes THAT much!!!
OH. I’m gonna show that to my girlfriend! She always liked pointy shoes… I would like to see her preparing for toe amputation. 😉
