My shell was once broken by means of my ass, heart, and eyes by people close to me, namely my mother and a so-called teacher. I chose to stitch my shell back together with a few pieces of metal. I try to maintain sanity through very fine connections between my mind and body; I need to remind myself on occasion that I am truly alive. It seems that it is going to become impossible for many, many women to be able to do the same thing.
As a survivor of sexual abuse (do you know how many dead victims there are?), I know the importance of being able to have my space, my body, and my genitals. I need to be able to change things around me for the better. It seems that there are people out there who choose to undermine this natural freedom. Obviously, I am talking about Bill Heath (Mr. "I Can Navigate A Pussy"). How is it that there is a continuation of white patriarchal abuse upon society, especially of women? How can someone continue to take away control? How is it that a completely uneducated MAN can decide what WOMEN can do with their bodies? Perhaps he needs to experience what it is like to have his body taken from him.
I can remember piercing my labias for the first time when I was twelve years old. Who even knows what a labia is at twelve? I did. I also knew what sodomy was, perhaps not in words, but through experiencing a penis in the ass. I know my mothers' genitals in detail. I can still see them to this day. I needed to change myself so that I did not see my mothers' vagina everyday. Piercing my genitals, and making a physical, positive experience is the only way I could survive without completely removing my genitals, or dying. Now someone wants to remove that option, even if it is done in a safe environment.
Aside from the women (and men) in the world who have, and are experiencing sexual abuse, there are peoples who are experiencing repression on a daily basis. Peoples of different cultures are still kept in a position of inferiority. How is it that rich, white, male, americans control most things on this planet? Everyone wonders why so many people died on 9/11. Does anyone look at this sick government that we are ruled by? Does anyone question why things are the way they are? Does anyone investigate the reasons why american citizens of Middle Eastern descent are locked up without cause? Does anyone realize that our own government executed innocent people on 9/11, and they will continue to execute every free thought within the souls of humans until we are a writhing mass of sludge? Remember the saying that this country was founded by;the three G's-(do you remember american history in high school?) fucking Gold, Glory, and God, man, what else do they need?
Women have, in recent tradition, had to deal with the rigors of a society powered by men. Our (generally) rational and calm demeanors have been exploited by men in every culture. Take a look at Africa, once home to predominantly matriarchal societies. Since men have been in control, there have been women for decades, that have had to unwillfully submit to circumcision practices that dreadfully scar and sometimes kill. This is all done in the name of keeping the woman from 'straying'. Perhaps the basest needs of humans need to be satisfied (straight men, listen to what your woman needs sexually, be it involved with the clitoris or not). Why do men think they are the only beings that have anything to do with sex? Sex is defined as "1.either of the two major forms of individuals that occur in many species, and that are distinguished as female or male( yes, female was listed first) or 2. the SUM of the structural, functional, and behavioral characteristics of living things that are involved in reproduction by two interacting parents." The point is that all humans are equal, and the fact that the sex that is generally physically stronger can and will smash the other is beyond infuriating. I thought as modern humans, we could use the brains that we were born with. Sure, we can return to physically bashing one another. But what happens when all of the eggs are gone?
Perhaps this sounds like a bunch of Femi-Nazi ranting. Maybe it is. The issues here need to be understood. I really think that scum like Bill Heath need to re-evaluate what the fuck they are talking about. It is ideals such as his that cause such extreme thought, and make me wonder whether this is the american Final Solution for survivors like myself.
