I like that a lot! If on the off chance they fall out of love (which I hope never happens!), the numbers will still represent a positive time in their lives.

I agree with outmywindow, sort of. For most people, getting names tattooed is a TERRIBLE idea because you never know when the relationship is going to change. Unless the person is dead, it’s a pretty terrible idea. But my belief is that if you’ve been together for a long time, and it was a good experience, then it’s a positive way of remembering that good time in your life even if things do change.
But in this case, if they split up, they can just cover it with a watch all the time.

What I was trying to say is that even if the relationship goes sour, that day will still represent something positive, because on that date, they were happy together.

You got it outmywindow…. this was and will always be a very influential date for the both of us…. no matter what comes our way.
It was a life changing time for the both of us.
To sum it up:
There I was minding my own business with a large group of friends at the Splash Bar last year at the APP convention. I knew Jennifer -sort of- from IAM and such.
I got a call the night before saying that Jennifer was looking for me, and that she dropped off a present with one of my co workers.
By the time I got down there Jen was gone… but there was a bag for me from here. I looked inside at there was this funky little goblet, all covered with fuzz and glitter. One look and I could see she spent a lot of time on my little present -a present to this day is one of my most prized possessions. Its right here next to my computer as it has been for almost one year now.
That very next night I saw Jen walk up out of the corner of my eye. Anyone that knows me knows I have a lot of wild friends, and this can be a bit over-the-top for some. I saw that Jennifer was sort of standing on the sidelines, so I put up my hand and said “comere”, and thats when her hand met mine.
A few days later I called Jennifer and told her that something happened for me in that moment… a moment on 05/03/05, right there in Las Vegas.
This date will always be one of the most important days of my life…….
