Did that individual have regrowth?
Is this really a keloid though? Or would you more consider it to be a blowout? I was a beer the impression that blowouts are more likely, and can be dealt with with generally permanence, while keloids are less common and will continuously return.
I ask for clarification as I have a blowout scar (completely healed) that’s more of a skin flap than a keloid (compared to friends and acquaintances keloids) which seem to be harder and “lumpy” more like a stone of cartilage is left behind.
