It’s not really a cutting…

OK, it is a cutting, but not like you think — it was done using an electrical hyfrecator turned up into cut mode, rather than with a blade. Thanks to Brenno from Body Factory in Trieste, Italy for continuing to send in photos of his great work.

    Hmm.. Google tells me that it’s a cautery tool. I guess it’s typically used to remove lesions and stuff like that.
