SickBoy looks so sad (I suspect he’s just worn out from the procedure!), holding his nipples in that little bag, haha. Or is it something else that’s wearing him down? His head appears to be bandaged as well (find out in the next installment of BME/extreme!).

Why does it look like there’s a fair bit of extraneous flesh in the bag there as well? Is it just from trying to get rid of the whole areola? Or am I mis-seeing things?

As a veterinarian, I can tell you that you can’t remove something in a perfect circle. An elliptical (eye shaped) excision is made so a straight, non-puckering suture line can be placed. Whenever I do tumor removals, the incisions are always larger than owners expected (even if I warn them in advance). The incisions look pretty typical to me.
Sorry for the wordiness. Just my opinion. Thanks.

Well, yes… but in other nipple removal pics I saw the cuts weren’t as wide as here… or maybe I’m just fooling myslef and they were the same…

…this should remind us all to “really think about it” when getting [a] tattoo work done. Especially this “overall look” however needed a little better planning.
