Hey, you went the wrong direction! 😉 This now-you-see-me-now-you-don’t earlobe reconstruction was done by Felipe Silva of Crew Tattoo in Iquique, Chile.

While the idea of earlobe reconstruction doesn’t bother me, nor do the means to get there, I think I would be all kinds of wigged right the eff out if I were holding a large piece of me in my fingertips.
Woo! Go girl!
(Do people still say that, besides Oprah?)
my english its bad , Prisila (in the picture) decided to reconstruct its ear by personal problems, I try to make my better work possible, greetings.
i still do.
It looks like you did a great job Felipe (buen trabajo!).
The actual work looks great, but I’d be totally upset at a client for touching a piece of bloody tissue. I would directing them to the nearest place to wash their hands and giving them a lecture on cross-contamination rather than taking pictures.
Looks like a very neat job that will heal well.
muy bueno!!!
it’s her bloddy tissue tho, it’s not like she’s gonna catch anything from herself.
redneckzombi – wtf? where is the cross-contamination?
*echoing #8 and #9*
-and again-
I still have my inner conch tissue in a little bag… planning to set it into a pair of plugs when I’m settled at one size 🙂 wonder what happened to hers?
It looks like it was done really well. It would be interesting to see what it looks like when healed.
Does everyone that goes through a reversal end up with attached lobes regardless of what they previously had?
The cross contamination would be when she touches anything else. Like opening the door when leaving, or counters, or money that she is handing over.
in my current state of mind i don’t think i could ever cut off my lobes
Exactly. As soon as this girl touches ANYTHING else in the shop, it’s contaminated with her blood. Personally, that scares me and I like to avoid it as much as possible.
muy buen trabajo! quiero verlo curado, pero parece como va a curar bien. espero que ello se comió ese pedazo de carne… ! jejeje.
uhm… if i was to touch a piece of my blood covered skin.. i think i would wash my hands.
I hope she did as well.. so the place WASNT cross contaminated.
Proper hand-washing removes most ‘bad stuff’ but if she misses a spot, washes improperly, or simply has bad luck, there’s still definite potential for cross-contamination. A serious health issue easily avoided by simply not having people touch bloody stuff.
^^ You are a little bit too OCD for me.
look at those teary eyes, hah. but a great job none the less
such a good job though. id be teary eyed too if i had my 50mm earlobe hacked off. im getting my ears reconstructed by brian decker friday im excited. i wish there were more experiences to read on here though about them.
