Posted on 04-04-2006 18:33:15 by acidrain
    Pretty tattoo..
Although the girl looks really young in this picture, it’s even strange to see a tat on her arm..
    Anyways, nice post)

    agreed… where are the gloves?!?!?!

Posted on 04-04-2006 19:38:10 by Jason
my first thought was “she looks like maybe 14″ then i see total lack of gloveage.. also the facial expression seems so genuinely sad…

Posted on 04-04-2006 19:47:05 by trixie
    i’m 21 and look 15. my sister’s 35 and looks 20, so i wouldn’t necessarily worry about that

In Poland and Eastern Europe in general, I find that girls don’t have the facial appearance of an adult woman as we expect in the West until a little bit later… Americans, Canadians, and most Europeans mature very early and adult mature modes of expression very early I think.

She’s very beautiful, and would be more so if she was smiling I think.

My mother is going to turn 50 this year and looks like she’s in her late 30′s. Whether that’s our heritage or not, age is not always as it appears.

    However, gloves are.

She looks like a hung over Wednesday Adams, but thats not always a bad thing.

    Oh cute red head!!
why did you dye it black
    why do people do that?!

    Posted on 04-05-2006 00:29:41 by dream3r
She is so beautiful. I’d be sad too if someone did that to my bear…

I always thought it was just the Yanks/Canadians. I’m British and it always seems that North American youngsters look so much older than people from Europe.

I’m 30 and always feel positively fresh-faced whenever I’m in North America.

ahh shes so goddamn beautiful. and i love that tat.

Posted on 04-05-2006 09:25:29 by eveldave
She looks a bit Goth to me. I bet she’s spent hours practising glum in the mirror.

    Posted on 04-05-2006 11:50:23 by LostSally000
I’m loving this girl! ! ! ! But she looks sooooo sad though, right? The tat is nice to, but this girl looks seriously EMO to me……What’s with the “no glove” thing that’s so unsanitary…

Posted on 04-05-2006 13:09:28 by wishicouldhaveher
ooh, the hotness! there’s no reason to be sad when you’re that beautiful.

    Posted on 04-05-2006 15:05:11 by c0rrosion
i dunno, i’m 100% Polish and people were assuming that i was 20 when i was actually 15. i’m 20 now, and people usually guess that i’m at least 23.

Posted on 04-05-2006 18:19:29 by glider
c0rrosion, unless I’m missing something, you’re 100% American? Unless you just moved here from Poland, the above doesn’t apply to you since you’ve been raised in America… It’s a cultural influence, not a genetic one I think.

glider you’re promoting inmature girls having tattoos without gloves .

Posted on 04-05-2006 20:06:56 by Jets
I’m 22 and she doesn’t look any younger than me …

I’m doing a promotion for a certain well-known skin care line and in training they said that European women tend to take much better care of their skin than Americans. They start regimens earlier and use a variety of products. I don’t know if its the truth or not, but I had a roomate from India (yes I know its not Europe) and she said she started taking care of her skin when she was a child and she looked more youthful and had gorgeous skin. Maybe that has some weight as well?

Wicked tattoo but ugh to the no gloves.

I dont think she looks sad, she looks like she is trying to look sad, a la goth or whatever. the face isnt sad, but that makeup adds to it. she is pretty though.

    Posted on 04-06-2006 01:10:22 by an0nymous_vamp1re
She definitely looks young, but to me the goth/emo look makes people look younger. She doesn’t look too sad, more like she’s acting sad. She definitely has nice eyes.

she may just be upset over the pain.
or by bad memories leading to the tattoo.
    or tired, or stoned.
you can’t tell from 1 photo.

i dunno if this is the inspiration, but its all pretty interesting.

    No Gloves?

Posted on 04-06-2006 20:18:30 by dredlok
Is this motif taken from some ilustration? When I first saw it, I knew right away, it looked familiar. I dag a bit and found this: http://www.tattoo.com.pl/galeria_all.htm I linked this entry to the guy that wears the tattoo. I sure hope that the girl in the picture didn’t just get a copy of his ink.

for anyone that doesn’t feel like wading through that gallery: http://www.tattoo.com.pl/tatuatorzy/nowe/26_12_2005_01.html

young look is sometimes deceptive… i’m 24 and it still happens that i’m being asked about my ID when i buy beer ;P

She does look a tad young but then again, from personal stories, I’d say she’s actually older than what someone might think at first glance. At 12, people thought I was 16. At 15, people though I was 22. I am Polish aswel and I think it just might be the way we age. Dunno.. 🙂
