I wish that there was a way to tattoo so that the lines were always slightly raised, like in the ‘White Devil’ tatto…
I thought that if you picked the scabs when the tattoo was healing you could achieve a raised look. Though as I understand it, you also run the risk of ruining the tattoo. I could be wrong though.

In my opinion, the “brown sugar” tattoo has very badly drawn lips…

My tattoos always healed raised like in the white devil tattoo. I don’t know why, I guess its just the way that my skin heals. Whenever I get a tattoo, its gets very raised about a year later.
man i thought i was the only one with a brown sugar tattoo… drats
well, that white devil tattoo belongs to yours truly…
it is no longer so ‘raised’…but is still extremely crisp.
