  1. The finger tattoos are bloodlines, tattooed with distilled water instead of ink. I believe the idea is that the image will eventually fade and your body will absorb it, making it a truly temporarily and more personal experience.

  2. Megg, the work on her fingers is indeed tattoo work. Not sure on the process but The Dude seems to have a pretty good idea of what it most likely is. If you look at her online portfolio you can see more of the same work. Its just so lovely.

  3. i really like the idea of bloodlines..does anyone have any more info on this? does it leave without a trace or it depends on your skin? it sounds like it would leave faint scars behind.

I hope you realize the top one is a water tattoo, and what you see is just the skin reacting, After a week or so it will disappear, there’s some philosophy behind it, but regardless, it is not permanent. Her work is amazing though, and I wish you would post more of her abstract tattoos, which are my favorites.
