He’s got eyes of the bluest skies

A sure fire way to call attention to any tattoo is to add a bit of color.  Of course when that color comes from a pair of microdermals in your neck, it becomes even more noticeable.

Alright so here’s the breakdown of everything.  The piercings are by Joeltron from First Blood in Sydney.  The tattoo is by Ange while she was doing a guest spot there.  And according to the description, in this photo the dermals are healed while the tattoo is still fresh.

  1. @Bosh: You’re right. It was Ange who is the guest artist. Joel must have mistakenly added the guest spot comment to his name instead of hers.

  2. I think this is super awesome and I love the microdermals in it. I’m not usually a fan of the two together. The image looks to me like it could be inspired by Taino petroglyphs :)

  3. I think the description is correct, I am one of the owners of FirstBlood.com.au – Ange is one of our lovely guest artists from New Castle’s Alien Art.

The ear lobe doesn’t normally look that funny, he had the tunnels out during the tattoo and put them back in shortly after (and obviously didn’t adjust the fistula correctly first!).

The anchors are around 9 months old in the photo and the heads were removed for the tattoo and replaced just after, all has healed up lovely now and the anchors are still super flush.
