Fantasy Jester Tattoo

This reminds me of Cirque du Soleil artwork, but because it’s from Italy I’m guessing they’re unrelated. This was done by Alex De Pase:

it might be that its related to cirque du soleil…
they come even to switzerland… so why not to italy!?!
