Black and White Arms

I’ve shown you the black half of this tattoo before, but I just had to share the full version, split up into balanced left and right luminosities, by Lionel at Out of Step (seriously, I know I push his work a lot, but do check out his gallery for more pictures).

  1. I *really* like the concept of totally tattooed black arms…
Got a few ideas of myself, but I’ll just have to wait and see…

  2. I think I’ve said it before, but I love the way the black fades (wanting a better word for this, but am just to tired to think of it) out at the top. Oh, no wait. I just love black work in general.

  3. Lionel, J’aime bien ton travail, je crois que pendant quelques ans j’irais a lyon a me faire tatuer.

    Au revoir mon ami,

  4. I really REALLY love his work… I wish Lionel would visit Toronto someday and do some work here…. I would love to get something with his flair!!

  5. Oh. God. Solid. Black. Tattoo!

I LOVE the way the black arm mixxes into his skin; its like rough brush strokes or something. Very cool.
