How did it rip out? My cousin’s is hanging by a few millimeters because when she was little my aunt was brushing her hair and caught her earring in the brush.

My mom split hers running into a tent with her giant 70′s hoops getting caught in the zipper. OUCH!
This reminds me of the switch on the dead guy in Men in Black which makes his face open up to reveal the alien controlling him.
