Those wounds are only deep enough to develop a temporary scar. If you want them to last make sure they get sufficiently infected.
Those wounds are only deep enough to result in temporary scarring. If you want to prolong the life of the scar I suggest seeking out a nice infection. Rubbing poo on them might be something to think about.
