13. when I lived in Ukraine for Peace Corps, I knew almost the whole scene from all over Ukraine because I was on the jury for two of the televised tattoo festivals (One in KIev and one in Lviv). There is actually a festival going on this weekend in kiev (www.nahouse.com.ua) I was wondering if anyone knows who this guy is and what his shop affiliation if there is one….
