I don’t think the heart is really a body mod, in the normal sense. It looks a lot like it’s from tanning.

I never liked the idea of having a piercing in that area…until now. simply beautiful. but before a permanent hair removal would be absolutely neccessary, I can not imagine how to shave around all the rings without getting stuck on them.
