Those locking hooks always look so big and scary to me, lol. But they make sense and I’d definitely use them too.

anyone know from experience how badly inserting hooks fuck up already existing tattoos on people? I spent so much money on my tattoos and love them so much i don’t think i could ever throw a hook through one of them. Suspension is an appealing idea just not through my tattoos.

@trailerparkjesus: I know several people with full or almost full coverage who suspend regularly. Actually, the vast majority of people who suspend are tattooed. Sure, the hooks leave marks, but they`re hardly discernible after a while. I was deadly afraid of the scars at first but found that there really isn`t much to them. Impact on tattoos is not that bad altogether for a “normal” suspension. Just avoid situations that could lead to tearing…
BTW, I wanted to link to an old post here that had a closeup shot of a hook through a tattoo and all I get is a “404″. What`s up with the modblog archive? Please don’t tell me it`s all gone!!!
