Although I have always wondered – doesn’t such a piercing get infected really easily, given that it sees a lot of poop?
Every time I see this Piercing I can’t help but think how hard it would be to keep clean.

1 it’s going to get covered in shit. 2 it’s going to get infected. 3 it will be very hard to keep the area clean and not pull on the piercing. 4 if he does anal it’s going to get ripped out.
This is one of those mods that I just do not see the point of at all. It’s in a spot thats crawling with germs, it’s a rejection-prone surface piercing, and if he does anal it’s not only going to get shit on it but sperm too. I can’t imagine how he expects this to ever heal.

I’m with Wielke on this one, thats a VERY VERY low ‘Guiche’ percing not really anal as its not actually entering the anus but rather just a surface piercing like a normal (higher up) guiche.
