We’ve all seen white ink lettering tattoos before. They’re easily visible when they’re fresh, but once they’re healed they almost fade into the skin. Depending on the angle and lighting they’re viewed they can look like a healed scar, or a mirage, appearing briefly then disappearing just as quickly. Which is why the word choice of this tattoo is so perfect.

I’m pleased to hear reference to white ink tattoos as being successful. One of the artists I spoke to, who I trusted, was kind of against them, so I had done away with the dream of getting one. That guy and I have had some issues since then, but I figured he was still right that white ink would fade, be weird, etc etc don’t get it. Glad to see that you’re not against them here at ModBlog.
