I’m fairly certain every single person with a large lip plate has been asked that very same question at least once in their lifetime. When Sean chatted with Jenya a little while ago, the question came up, and sure enough he has no problems eating at all. So why am I bringing this up now? Well, Pavel_Zhilenkov sent in some great photos of his upper lip to the lip plate gallery, and as you can see by the photo below eating isn’t a problem for him either.
Lucky fool, I’ve got a small stretched labret (1/2″) and I have a really hard time eating apples. Granted, my labret is pierced really far down, and other people with more common locations for their labret piercings might not have the same issues I do.
I still want to know how Jenya uses a cup… Or does he always use a straw? This is going to bother me for the rest of my life if you don’t tell me.
But is it bad for the teeth and gums? That’s what I want to know!
With or without an apple – looks the same.
@broken_wings: Gum erosion is a risk with any oral piercing. Some people’s gums hold up better than others.
Do I see a stretched septum as well?
Alright but how do you smooch your fellas and ladies
