These teflon (if I remember correctly) star-shaped 3d-art implants are almost two years old now — put in place September 2004 — and were done by Manny at Lifestyle in Maastricht, Holland.

They were actually done in September 2005, and are on (or rather in) Sandra of iam:lifestyle.
And yes they are teflon.
Very fond of these implants, considering getting one myself. Were there any problems healing it?
