Lumosol got his tattoo (done by Föwi at Tattoo No. Two in Zwickau) “outlined” in surface piercings by Dieter at SkinFactory in Bonn, Germany.

If I’m entirely honest, I’m not too keen on this particular example of piercings and tattoos being used together, and I can imagine the scars might detract attention from the actual quality of the tattoo when others see it, but then again, it’s all about what the wearer is happy with I guess!

i agree, it does look like a constellation. it would be cool to have one like that — surface piercings forming an actual constellation and a tattoo depicting the presumed image.
