12. I think they would look better if you were looking at them straight on, but I think it is hard to pull off this look unless you have dimples. I agree with someone above, a medusa would look really sweet.

22. hard to say based on the pictures but I’d be inclined to say they are rather far back and close to the parotid gland area which can definitely end up causing SERIOUS problems

27. I am agreement about the placement being pretty far back.
    Cheeks not only hurt to pierce, but can be hellish to heal. Being placed that far back definitely adds complications as warren pointed out. But I do love cheek piercings. 🙂

31. i think they would look a little better if she added a few more piecings….like a couple lip piercings and maybe a bridge. But i dont think you need dimples in order for cheek piercings to look good, the idea is to have them where your dimples are or would be. I have had mine out for 5 years and i have great looking dimples now…so i agree with everyone who said they are placed too far back
