Actually I walk around with my hands in a heart pretty much all the time.

ive had both palms tattooed an no inks didappeared you just find a tattooist that knows the techniques!!still i guess it differs person to person

its all about technique. palm tattoos CAN stay.
check out thomas hoopers tattoo gallery. the palms he’s done have all healed with 90% of the linework intact at the VERY least.
It would be cool if he put that around his penis and testes. kinda like a frame.
I like this guy. His whole aesthetic with the hands and facial ink kind of lends him a sort of Harlequin/carnival-ish feel I think… does anyone else get that?
He could also use that tattoo to make a face with his hand where you draw eyeballs on the knuckle of your index finger and draw lips around the thumb and index finger. It’s hard to explain, but you all know what I’m talking about.

I was going to do something similar to this, actually.. just on the other sides of my hands. I got something else instead, though.
Heart hands are pretty much the best thing ever.
I think there’s definitely something orifice-esque about the whole thing.
