I do worry about the long term implications of a tall implant on the top of the hand, but I sure do love the way this heart shaped implant on clearvowelsriselikeballoons looks!!! I’m guessing it won’t cause the over-the-top controversy that rained upon the brass kunckles implants.

I am a big fan of sub dermal implants, you can see the incision done just by her thumb. Was it only done recently? Shouldnt it cling to the skin more? Either way its very nice, hope she enjoys it.
