Spencer got this tattoo by Kevin at Precision Body Arts in Nashua, NH on April 25th. It’s an Armenian flag with the number of people who died during the genocide written below it.

Wow, that’s intense. I love how subtle yet effective it is.

That’s wonderful. Not many know about it. Always remember our heritage.

Thats pretty sweet man, props to that. I’m thinking of getting the flag somewhere on me, but i like your idea of educating people on how many people actually died during that crisis. Props to educating people, the more that know the better.

My grandmother has told me of all of the men and boys in her family and how they were taken away never to be seen alive again.
It is so important that people become aware of what happened to the armenian people.
Hitler himself had been quoted as saying, “If no one noticed all of the Armenians that went missing, no one will notice the Jews.”
Thank you.

This is fantastic!
Nine comments on this post only? I’m shocked. More people need to be educated about the Armenian Genocide. One and a half million Armenians were deliberately sought out and systematically exterminated by massacre and deportation by the Turkish Ottoman Empire and that’s something that should NOT go unspoken.
As people we should acknowledge the destruction of the Armenian population, as should all governments in the world.
It’s time for the Armenian Genocide of 1915 to be officially acknowledged. This cannot be denied any longer.
People need to be educated about this.
