Now according to the description of this photo, it’s kev_n’s totem. He’s also uploaded it to the dermabrasion scarification gallery, which indicated that it may have been done with a dremal tool as opposed to a scalpel.

5: we had trouble getting the stencil straight, and after the fourth try, my artist(matt vermillion at artistic skin design, indianapolis) said ‘you know what? Youre an ass!!!’ and wrote it on me. Haha
