Fourteen fresh fourteen gauge surface anchors, placed by Nickk Leading at Perforations in Denver, CO. It will be interesting to see whether they are more viable than surface bars in the same configuration (well, except if it was surface bars you’d probably have to do sixteen beads).

“Cadavor Piercing”
I think that’s a Sprung or mandible piercing (boy, that encyclopedia entry needs to be updated — it’s a wiki, so feel free!) on this customer of Nickk Leading (Perforations, Denver CO), done using a three or four inch piece of tygon. Intense piercing!
4″ Long Tygon Bar
I’d worry that there could be some drainage issues with a piercing this long (that’s a long fistula to form), but at the same time, I have seen them heal at this length without abscessing or having other problems. This particular one is by Nickk Leading (of Perforations in Denver), done at a length of 4″ in 14ga tygon.
Pierced-in-place clothing
Thanks to Nickk Leading (“inspired by Alec B.”) at Perforations in San Diego, CA for sending in this neat shot of a piece of clothing held in place using a set of 16ga surface piercings. Along these lines, some of the early SintheteX clothing designed by Jesse Jarrell was held in place via piercings.
