  1. I did have 14g’s going through horizontally and vertically you might remember my pic before breast implants, it was in the fishnets, i downsized them after i got surgery.

  5. Wow, those look more like 18 gage than 16…with that larger breast tissue putting pressure behind them, I’d definitely think a 14 would be a good call!

  9. but they have been in for months and i prefer 16g, my nipples are small and with anything larger they semi-deform and look unproportioned, plus they’ve never gotten in the way or created any trouble for me, i’m more into the smaller gauges, and lol no it is a 16g definately not a 18g, this ring is very steady and strong.
    I don’t know what you mean with this breast pressure on the ring, there isn’t any pressure at all, they’ve been in the same place since surgery.

  13. if they work for you than it’s probably fine hun, it must just be rare for people to have smaller jewellery in nipples and for it to work ok.
