That bit on her hip is a piercing. There is a matching piercing you cannot see on her other side, allso, the two that you see on each side are actually two separate piercings each.
I’m fairly sure all the piercings are similar two the ones you can see in full, the same bar length and so on, though I wouldn’t swear to it, I haven’t seen these in person.
