While it’s true that dynamic rigging does adjust somewhat for motion, Neek pretty much would have to hold that pose the whole time to keep the weight distributed in this forearm suspension… Well, might as well kill two birds with one stone and get his workout done at the same time! Next time: Knee suspension crunches.

  5. What is he holding in his hands? Is it a line that holds backsite of the belt or feet? Would make sense for me to “counterweight” the ellbow … or is it just holding the hands together????

    and for me a lot more comfortable than back suspension

    definitely doing this again
    the only real problem was muscle strain, it was a case of going up, then dropping down for a bit, then going up again

    *im holding a strap in order to keep the tension in my arms
