I think pointalism tattooing will start to really catch on. I seen Katherine using it to create a portrait of Scarface and it looked way better than traditional shading. I like this tribal version.

I fell in love with the dot work tattoos coming out of Copenhagen’s http://tattoo.dk. I’ve had a couple of pieces done now, and after (only) 4 years there has been no deterioration. I’m trying to work out when I can get back for a third, but Australia is a loooooooooooooooooooong way away from Copenhagen and Oslo!

yeah i am more interested in dotwork every time i see it. its a very striking stle. if i can find an accomplished artist in the boston area, itll be my next piece.

There are some American guys doin this stuff. I live in TX, and I just got done with a Tibetan Buddhist themed dotwork 3/4 sleeve. Looks AMAZING. My artist had never done anything like that before, but he’s exceptional in his abilities to give ya JUST what ya want!
