There haven’t been a lot of vacuum pumping photos in the past couple of years, so if you didn’t get it completely right, don’t be too upset. If you were to see this without the pumping, it’d be pretty easy to see that it’s just a VCH with labia piercings.

Haha well I guessed correctly at first though vacuum pumping didn’t cross my mind but last minute I though well it might be a nose, with the tip being at the bottom. The porousness of the skin led me to that conclusion but hair follicles, vacuum pumping and a little bit of cropping will apparently produce a similar effect.
