I’ll second that art-deco leg piece. Kick ass. I wish there were more people who do this style (this well) in NYC. I’ve seen mostly Japenese and Americana themes than anything else. Anyone know otherwise?

Does anyone know what happened to David Kotker and No Hope No Fear? Just after I was tattooed at his Amsterdam studio in 2003, it disappeared. I know there had been some problems with a few of his artists, and that around the same time Amsterdam’s best piercing studio – Body Manipulations – was forced out of business by a tax bill it couldn’t afford, but NHNF just vanished and so did its website.
It was a terrible shame, because it was a beautiful studio with some incredibly talented artists.
