How healthy can that be? There’s so much of it that you can’t see to take care of? I mean, if I’m wrong the more power, it looks great. I’m just worried there could be an infection you wouldn’t notice until it got really bad.

Ghobian, I think it goes straight down his/her stomach, along the front, instead of going straight in toward the spine. If you look at the left bead, it looks like the barbell is going down, not in.
