I’ve seen a fair number of outie navels pierced (even though it’s “officially” frowned on because of the suggestion that the infection could travel inward to the liver), but this is probably the biggest one ever. Thanks again to Shawn O’Hare from The Pain Parlor in Oxnard, CA for these pictures.
