You know, I’ve posted so many boobs and boobs in tattoo form to this blog that I should really spend a little more time whorishly worshiping whale wang while writing words with willfully wanton wickedness (that’s eleven w-words, biotch!). So anyway, here’s some tattoos for those of you who prefer male genitalia to female, care of Troy Talmadge at Julie Moon Tattoo in Lynn, MA.

Tire Treads Tattoo
It’s funny for me because my daughter has a song about Phil who works for BME that goes pretty much “Phil, Phil, Phil, Hit by a Car” (since he got run over when we were producing the site out of Mexico)… I don’t know what the story behind this one is but it was done at Lucky Souls in Cambridge, Ontario.
More Tattoos of Naked Chicks with Guns
More of the trend added care of Gerry Harrison at Lucy’s Salon in Costa Mesa, CA… “Wanna Ride?”
“Franky’s Dream”
I really, really, really loved these photos from my friends at Andromak P4 in Paris, France.
Franky, currently thirty seven years old, suffers from a form of myopathy (a muscular disorder; there’s nothing wrong with his mind) and lives at an institution in France. One of his dreams was to get tattooed. Almost everyone at the hospital was opposed to it, but Andromak P4 felt she understood his feelings, and that he had as much right as anyone else to fulfill this dream. The tattoo is now done and the dream is close to fulfilled — in a few weeks she will return and fill in the color.
Anyway, I just thought this was super cool, and hats off to the hospital staff and administration for allowing it to go forward.
Intense Facial Work
While I’d say that the facial modifications in the previous entry are bold, I’d argue that for plainskins that aren’t fundamentally bigots that it’s still fundamentally attractive on a conventional level. Magneto, a customer of mod artist Oscar Navarro‘s at VOID in Barcelona, Spain, is definitely pushing that border a lot harder and a lot more unconventionally — those implanted eyebrow ridges are intense, to say nothing of the tattoo work he’s having done!
Pretty Facial Tattoos
Thanks to Spud for sending me these pictures of his extended facial work by Spear Studio in Birmingham, UK. His partner Leah did the most recent work, and personally I think it looks really great — and surprisingly “simple” given how much detail and linework there is…
Lil’ Bro
People always seem to like when I post pictures of modified folk and kids, so here’s Wild Skin from Buenos Aires, Argentina with his little brother. Part of me thinks the reason people like these pictures so much is that a lot of us have experienced serious damage and trauma to our family lives due to our body modification decisions, so we feel really happy to see families that prosper nonetheless?
Star tattoos I like
I don’t know if I actually do like this next tattoo or not. Part of me thinks it’s sexy (the bottom half of me I suppose) — and really, could any tattoo ruin that? — but part of me thinks it looks like she’s farting stars. I’m sorry, maybe I’m immature, but that’s what comes to mind… This was inked by James Reed at Marked For Life in Warren, MI.
Before I go — these updates came late today — let me give you three more quick tattoos. On the left are some stars within stars (maybe it’s inspired by 2001, ha, sorry, nerd joke) on Will. The middle one (the Scooby Doo tattoo) is by Ryan Zachary in Portland, OR. And finally, on the right, is a star piece (c/o IAM:London.Midnight) by Ben at Slave to the Needle in Seattle.
“No Battery Is Stronger Longer”
I really like PhaedrA‘s tattoo of a dead battery going to heaven (“expired… get it?”). This was done by Mike Tidwell at Obscurities in Dallas, Texas.
Aww, that’s sweet.
I thought Shelby’s memorial tattoo for her grandmother (done at House of Tattoo in Tacoma, WA) was really sweet… I like that she used what I assume is a note to her from her grandmother as the surrounding text.
