now i’m pretty used to most things, but i can’t ever remember seeing such a clear and up close shot of a suspension, and just the look of the hooks pulling at the skin actually made me wince. It is indeed nice scenery, but it looks like an edge of a deck or some wood in the corner of the shot?
oooh… my favorite style to suspend…
@#2: If you look in the “coma suspension” BME gallery, there`s a few more pictures of this one. Actually, being able to see the hooks and what`s happening to the body while suspending was what drew me towards doing it like this for my first one.
Fuckin a LOVE that awesome Suspendsion!!!
nice shot. don’t they use hooks? looks like loops… strange…
I wanna do that SO badly. (coma, that is)
very nice for a first time suspension!
wow, that’d be intense for a first time suspension. what am i talking about? i’ve never suspended before… :p
those are actually cables he’s hanging from. the wood looking thing is a roll out bamboo mat just to cover the ground.
the place is called plenty ke’ave in Kaupo. Maui, HI
