  1. This is the kind of tattoo I think I could appreciate only as an outline.
    I feel that if it is filled in it will lose it’s appeal, for me atleast.

    At any extent, in it’s current state, it looks great!

  9. I dunno, I think a few well-placed and well-chosen foods (in the state they would have entered in; realistic would just be disturbing) would be kind of funny. It’s good, though. The navel made me twitch a bit until I realized that it wasn’t a part of the tattoo XD

  65. It looks a wee bit too high up but other than that very very cool. I want an uber-geek anatomy tattoo but I can’t think of any that would work well on a girl who can’t have anything too on-show.

  81. I love sharing Guts with everyone. You wouldn’t believe the amount of people that get half way through it and throw it back at me because they are so grossed out. I totally dig this tattoo. If he ever has to go to the doctor for stomach issues he can just be like it’s hurting right here (point to various body part).

  85. Actually, I think putting food into that in colour would be great. Not in its masticated and digested state though…I mean like pieces of fruit and whole hot dogs, just as a joke. Anatomical tattoos are fun.

    @bikuki: How about a heart? Should be well below your collar line in any work-related or formal outfit.
