Has no one ever told Freakboy that if it comes out of your nose, you’re not supposed to eat it?

Going to church isn’t so bad
This rentboy takes credit cards!
Alouicious, who did this tattoo at Shaman’s Den in Binghamton, NY, says, “I can’t believe how many girls swiped their cards in the slot… and gave Kevin their phone numbers!”
If the number is anything higher than “zero”, I can’t believe it either!
Getting Bloody in Russia

Gooey and Foamy Nipple
Continuing the gross-out trend, XWV from Estonia claims that his nipple was just fine before the beer… Not sure if that means this was a beer-related incident, or if he was using beer to clean the piercing…
Worst Jewelry Yet?
Stephan writes,
We all know those horror stories about cheap and crappy jewellery but now I found impressive proof! When I talked to a doctor about cheap jewellery and risks he said he must have a rusty piercing barbell somewhere, having had a patient come in with a highly infected nipple-piercing which she was not able to remove after several days of pain.
This is a picture of that jewellery, which Stephen now uses as the perfect poster for their organization to inform people about what to look for in quality jewellery.
Heinz Ketchup Tattoo
I had a girlfriend once that was obsessed with ketchup when she was a kid, and carried a little bottle of it around like a doll. Ben, the wearer of this tattoo, falls into the same category as well… He told me,
Ever since I was little I put ketchup on everything — from vegetables and fruits to pastas. It’s just something that I usually have with just about everything. I have a mini-collection of tiny ketchup bottles scattered around my room from various hotel restaurants, and so far this is my favorite tattoo.
Yowwwwch!
A week after getting his tongue scalpelled to 2ga by John Joyce (Scarab Body Arts, Syracuse, NY), Slalamander Steve was still experiencing quite a lot of swelling, and, as you can see here, bruising. Thankfully, other than a little bit of a skin flap at the edge of the piercing, he’s doing fine now, with the bruising and swelling mostly gone and his speech back to normal.
Hand Circles
I’m actually going to try and not fill my spare moments this weekend with ModBlog posts, but continue work on more interviews for next week. Thanks to everyone who’s helped out on them so far, and thanks to readers who’ve posted interesting commentary as well. There’s an image update uncompressing right now, and I’ll be back on Monday.
EDIT: For some reason today’s update seems to have — as Jayson put it — “usurped” the previous update. I won’t have a chance to re-insert the previous update’s pictures over the weekend, but it’s a simple fix and I’ll do it on Monday most likely.
The tattoo below is by Keegan Lam (another home artist) by the way; I quite like the simplicity of the design.
Healing Brands on Dark Skin
One of my favorite things about scars is how they “grow” and age… the many stages they go through, from the fresh and scabbed up version the day of, through the various phases of initial healing, and then the assorted periods of aging… For at least three to five years, the piece is in a slow state of flux. Quentin from Kalima did these brands below (fresh in the first picture), and after the break you can see them at one of my favorite stages, especially on this color of skin.
