I just love these photos I’ve been getting out of Italy!

“Follow Your Heart” Tattoo
Check out Jahad2k‘s latest, a realistic heart tattoo by D. Nutt at Slave to the Needle in Ballard, WA.
Pontiac Firebird Tattoo
I’ll argue that the Firebird logo is one of the greatest logos — let alone factory-provided full hood splash logos — on any car, ever. I guess this customer of Shawn at The Ink Spot in Ottawa, Canada agrees?
Guess his age?
So far I’ve heard guesses ranging from nine to a young-looking sixteen. Personally my guess goes in the fourteen year old range, but I’m terrible at guessing ages. For all I know the dude is forty. Of course, as I mentioned on my personal blog, my meds are a little off right now.
Dice Tattoos and Scars
“Heh, heh, I rolled a 20, I win”, says Donkey Boy…
Or then there’s this dice cutting and skin removal, by Castillo at Mithos Tattoo in Caracas, Venezuela.
Oldschool Ghetto Blaster Tattoo
Boombox tattoo by Jeremiah Mcabe in Tribal Image Kustom Tattoos in Michigan. It’s looking a little rough in this first stage outline, but I like the general idea.
O my brothers, a Clockwork Orange tattoo
Alex and his droogs in the tunnel scene. I shazat it’s quite bolshy.
Damn, that’s getting intense
Metaldude and Laxie sure are escalating their play!
Makes me proud to be German!
“CUNT” tattoo
I’m thinking that either this is some sort of THE MAN; THE LEGEND theme for women, or that i say death‘s boyfriend has a really poor sense of direction. Tattoo by Mark Lachenbacher at Marky Marks in Saugerties, NY.
Symbology
So… If I’m to believe tattoo iconography, “anti-racism” is represented by a lollipop (ok, that’s a little silly, but I guess it makes general sense), and “Christianity” is represented by a grenade — as David Rees put it, “Thank you God for your healing gift of religion. Monotheistic religion has always brought out the best in us humans; thank You so much for the idea of a vengeful supernatural entity who rewards people in the afterlife. That shit makes a lot of sense.”
Left tattoo by Krash in Denver (on Vomitrocious), and the other piece, “Victory In Christ”, is by Manuel Cruz at Needlez N’ Threadz in Norco, CA.
