Guess What?

Ok, so this one may be a little on the easy side.  But if you guess it wrong, boy are you in for a surprise!

Think you know what it is?  Take a guess, then keep on reading…

It’s a good old fashioned tug-of-war!  It also gives me a chance to link to a bunch of galleries that we don’t see a lot of on ModBlog, like the boy-boy sex play gallery.  You can also check out more photos in the frenum & scrotal ladder gallery, and the genital beading gallery.

So, who do you think won?

Guess What?

I’m not going to play any games this week with the guess what photo.  It comes from the BME Hard galleries, and it involves needles and nails.  The big question is, what exactly is being pierced and punctured?

Think you know what it is?  Take a guess and read on to see if you’re right.

I’ll be honest, I don’t expect too many right answers this time around, but if you did guess right, give yourself a pat on the back.  Then, head on over to Sadistica’s BME Gallery to see more of this kind of needle and nail play.

Guess What?

Today’s guess what is definitely going to have you scratching your head.

I suppose the question you should be asking yourself is if I would put up something that’s blatantly obvious, and have it actually be that thing?  It’s happened before, did it happen again?  Only one way to find out.  Make your guess and read on to see if you’re right.

Those of you who said apadravya, collect 10 points.  If you also thought it was a standard male apadravya, then subtract 20 points.

This, ladies and gents, is an apadravya piercing on a fully transitioned female to male transgendered person.  This particular person elected not to have bottom surgery, but the hormones have definitely altered his genitalia in such a way that this piercing was possible.  Courtney Jane Maxwell from TRX Tattoos and Piercings in St.Louis, MO did the piercing.

Guess What?

After last week’s guess what, I figured the next one should go back to basics.  As much as everyone loved the plate of mystery meat, sometimes it’s nice just to look at a photo and guess where the piercing is located.

Yes there is blood, and yes that’s a CBR.  And those will be the only hints you’ll get.

Think you know what it is?  Take a guess and keep on reading to see if you’re right.

If you guessed a princess albertina, then step right up and collect your prize.  This is one of the rarer piercings simply due to the anatomical requirements, and the risks involved (i.e. increased chance of bladder infections).

Guess What’s for dinner?

Today’s guess what is a first for me.  I didn’t have to crop or blur anything in the first photo.  Of course that doesn’t really help you with anything.

So, with a bottle of nice chianti, and a side of fava beans, what do you think is the main course?

And no, that isn’t someone’s liver.  It is part of someone’s body though.  The question is, what part?

Think you know?  Keep on reading to see if you’re right.

Well, I’m sure that quite a few of you guessed genitals, and well, of course you’re correct.  Before we get to the big reveal, let’s take a quick look at how things were before they ended up on the plate.

Back in December I posted a guess what featuring a piercing that I named an anglerfish, simply because everyone I talked to couldn’t think of any other name for it.  While the piercing was unique, a lot of people were more interested in all of the other modifications that they could see.

The anglerfish is the large piercing that comes up through a urethral reroute and out mid-shaft into a full subincision.  On top of that we have a number of other piercings, plus what appears to be an empty split scrotum.

Which brings us back to today’s first photo, which is a plate full of flesh.  Here’s how he looks today.

And there you have it.  The remains of a fresh nullification.  For BME Hard subscribers, there are a lot more photos in the male nullo gallery.  I’ll also be keeping an eye out for any future updates from this gentleman and I’ll be sure to post a follow-up when that happens.  He’s going through a really interesting journey, and we’re all lucky to be able to come along for the ride.

Guess What?

Something a little simple for today’s guess what.  Well, simple in that it’s a single piercing.  Beyond that, well, that’s up to you to guess.

For those wondering, yes that is blood, as this was taken right after the piercing was done.

So, what do you think it is?

It’s an anal piercingLondonlad123 is the owner of this particular bottom and he was kind enough to send in photos of the entire procedure.

You can see the rest of the shots in the anal piercing gallery.

Guess What?

You know the drill.  I show you a cropped picture, you try to guess what it is.  So here goes..

I think this may be one of the more challenging ones I’ve posted, so good luck.  Once you’ve made your guess, keep on reading to see if you were right.

So this one was a bit of a trick image as it wasn’t of the final modification, but of the process involved.  Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you, the beginnings of a head split.

The uploader of these photos sent in an entire series detailing all the steps that he took for the initial cut in his head split.  Here’s a couple more photos to show you how things progressed.

BME Hard subscribers can see the rest of the photos in the Head Splitting gallery.  They include shots from multiple angles, as well as some blood.  And who doesn’t like a little blood with their genital mods.

Guess What?

Over the weekend I had a couple of people request a new Guess What post, so you ask, and I deliver.  This one is pretty straightforward.  Where did this chunk of flesh come from?

No hints.  You’re going to have to guess.  I will tell you that it isn’t a fortune cookie.

Think you know?  Well there’s only one way to find out if you’re right…

And there you have it.  That big chunk of tissue is what was removed during a navel removal by Samppa Von Cyborg.  Samppa’s US tour is still going strong, and he’ll be in LA until the 16th of May, when he’ll move on to Arizona until the end of the month.  After that he’ll be heading up to Las Vegas until the end of the tour on June 10th.  He still has spot available, so if you’d like to get something done, send him an e-mail at [email protected].

In addition, Samppa and Steve Haworth will also be holding seminars in Phoenix and Las Vegas.  Head on over to Steve’s website to get all the details.

Oh, and it should be noted that the vertical scar was there prior to the navel removal.

Guess What?

Since the new year the Guess What game has been put on permanent hiatus, which means that when a post does come up, it’s going to be something good.  The great thing about this post is that I don’t have to crop anything.  This is more of a “Guess Where”, as in where did this bit of flesh come from?

Got any ideas?  Keep reading to see if you’re right…

For those of you who guessed foreskin, or some other form of genital flesh removal, you’re going to be a little shocked.  You see, that strip of flesh was actually the leftovers from Ronnie’s earlobe reconstruction.

The reconstruction job was performed by Quentin from Kalima Emporium in Worthing, UK.

Guess What?

Never fear, the Guess What post is here!

This week’s image is I think one of my favorite ones to date.  It’s a delightfully creative use of jewelry.

sorry, no hints in the file name

So, think you know what it is?  Make your guess and keep on reading.

This ladies and gentlemen is a combination of a pair of transscotals and a full subincision.

By taking a look over in the transscrotal gallery, you can see that most of the parts are there (I couldn’t tell the status of his testicles from the images).
