This great tattoo (with still lots to do) is about six years old in this photo, done by Cat Spencer at Show Me Tattoo in St. Robert, Missouri… My singular objection is that I think nipples should be tattooed over in chestpieces like this. That said, I don’t think the nipples are tattooed in my chestpiece, so who am I to talk…
This inverted nipple repair and piercing must have really thrilled this client of Wizzer‘s (Body Electric, Hollywood)… Especially having nice breasts it must have felt great to have the nipples repaired simply and non-surgically using 12ga 9/16″ titanium barbells.
I agree with my French friend; I’m hooked on nipple piercing.

I think for “BME 2007″ (our 13th year!) I’m going to integrate ModBlog, QOD, BMEnews, and so on all into a single content system… There are so many different sections on BME that should be combined I think (not easy when you have to convert a massive 1995-style CMS!).
The keen-eyed that can stay focused through the most arduous onanism should be able to notice Cour‘s implant (and great pirate tattoo, nipple piercing, and more).
I guess you can get away with having female genitals explicitly tattooed on your neck in The Netherlands, but in less permissive nations (say, when travelling pretty much anywhere else in the world), I’m not sure this tattoo is a good decision — you could literally be arrested for just walking down the street. This black and grey pink’n’stink was done by Eddie Schwartz at Splitnipple Tattoo in the Hague.
Tommy T from Huntington Beach, CA sends in this picture of some nipple piercings he did with 14ga 3/8″ gemstone barbells in order to illustrate why I can not be a professional body piercer — all together too many dirty thoughts in my head to be around half naked people all day…
If I had three nipples, I don’t know if I’d pierce them all, but I think I’d be on the prowl for a four armed girlfriend… OK, I admit… I’m already on that prowl.

I think that La_exotique needs to stretch up from 16ga — that’s too small for a nipple piercing — but I sure won’t complain when people scrawl “BME” on their boobs and send me a photo. It rarely disappoints.
