I’m beginning to think that Wang from Tattoo Temple isn’t actually a tattoo artist, but some form of wizard that can capture the image of a tiger and put it into the skin of a human. I can’t think of any way other than magic that he’s able to create something this spectacular.

Cherry Red Fox
Fun fact: There is a type of fruit known as fox cherry tomatoes. There is also a burlesque dancer known as Cherry Fox. It’s amazing the difference in search results that one gets by simply changing the order of the words. Well, now that I’ve written this up you can expect to see this post added as search results for both combinations. Of course none of this really matters once you see this incredible fox tattoo by Frederick Bain from The Piercing Urge in Melbourne.
Laying down roots
You know you’re a cute little heartbreaker
A splash of ink
Oh sure, she’ll lure you in with her “come hither” eyes and cute little bow, but make her angry and you’re getting a blast of green ink to the back of your knee; which just happens to be where this cute little octopus is located.

Wyld Stallyns
I don’t know how she does it, but Joey Pang is able to transform her machine into a paint brush. This horse doesn’t look like a tattoo, but rather a watercolor on canvas. Every stroke bringing it to life, to the point that it looks like it is about to leap off the leg. It’s simply gorgeous.
Joey is the owner of Tattoo Temple located in Hong Kong.
A simple message
From the mind of Gabor Zagyvai comes this piece entitled “Love of Family“.
I’m going to have to make a note to remind Jen to create a minimalist tattoo gallery, as Gabor is just one of many artists that are branching out into a minimalistic style.
On Golden Pond
Here’s another Jackie Rabbit piece to kick off your Wednesday morning. What I like most about this is that it isn’t a “standard” koi piece. Instead of the koi being front and center as the primary focus, Jackie has made it part of an elegant scene. The ripples flowing outward across the pond are a fantastic touch, as is the large negative space on the left side. The whole design has a flow to it that defies the asymmetrical nature of the image and her color selection is fantastic. If you’re ever in the Roanoke, VA neighbourhood, stop in and visit Jackie at Star City Tattoo, from what she’s sent into the galleries, you won’t be disappointed.
Rabtattooille
Here’s what Jesse Smith had to say about this creation:
“He was lead to believe that he was helping. Unfortunately his eagerness to help will cost him his life.” This tattoo illustrates a day in the life of one of my soccer buddies who is a master chef at the infamous Shafer Court. It took me about 15 hours to complete.
I love how he’s captured three different emotions with each of the characters. The rabbit’s stern look of determination is countered by the manic glee of the chef approaching from behind. Of course, who can forget the poor carrot, he knows he’s done for. The question now is, will it be the rabbit or the chef who finishes him off.
That’s a lot of cock
Viktor Sigil from Self Sacrifice in London sent in an interesting pair of tattoos that he did. With four cocks to work with, the small changes in each design make them unique, yet thematically are so similar that they probably were done on two people who had some sort of bond, or just love the cock. In any case, it’s always nice to see cock tattoos on ModBlog.
