You know, the folks down in Brasil always find the coolest places to suspend. This is from Valnei‘s Petromodificpolis event in Brasil. I think Fabito Goncalves probably describes it very well when he writes, “experincias nicas num lugar mgico, festas, muita diverso, novos amigos, namorada nova e many many more. Resumindo, s me aconteceram coisas boas nesses dias que se seguiram. Dizem por a que uma imagem vale mais que mil palavras. Ento, a vo algumas imagens que mostram alguns desses momentos to especiais.”*

These nine (the top one didn’t scar) incense brands were done by allowing incense cones to burn out completely on the flesh while meditating (so it’s part body ritual, part permanent body modification) — BME has a small ritual branding gallery as well with a little more stuff.

Sorry I made the picture a little dark. I think I stepped on a few too many nails as a farmkid to enjoy this fetish personally, ha… Pretty intense. Puppetmaster13 got to be the puppet for a friend shooting his final photography project and they had Ascension Suspension help them out with this shoot. Maybe it’ll inspire Skullboy Part Two: Fleshboy.
The funny thing about this suspension show photo in China is (a) the intensely close proximity between performer and audience, and (b) cell phone city.
