Oh Brad

I’ll admit it, Lucass is one of my favorite image submitters.  The reason:  he’s always up for doing something fun with his mods.  I asked him a while back to send in pictures from his trip to Europe, and got this photo of the Eiffel tower in response.  Recently his friend Brad had a birthday, and this is what Lucass did for him that day.

Now that’s a dedicated friend.

The Blood is Life

There’s been a serious lack of blood on ModBlog in the past weeks, so with the help of Nixiie, we’re going to correct that today.

Nixiie lists Matteo Wanderlust as the artist, however I don’t know if that means he’s the piercer or the photographer (or both).  These are just two of the many photos she sent into the the hard play piercing gallery, so if you want to see the rest of them, head on over.

Nixiie is also wearing a BME belt buckle which she got from the BMEShop (that particular one is currently sold out).

Wings in the Wild

If you haven’t yet signed up for your free BME account, today is the day to do it.  In the ritual and play piercing gallery is a series of photos sent in by Sara Body Art from Freak Shop in Portugal.  Below are just a couple of this set that captures a man in the forest, pierced with feathers as he explores the wilderness.  The photography is great and the piercings look fantastic.  It’s definitely worth a trip over to the gallery to see the rest.

Cenobite Body Torture

Now I’m not implying that this particular photo was sent in by Pinhead, just that if a cenobite were to remove their pants, this potentially is what you may see.

You know exactly what it is.  Which means you know why it’s been pixelated.  Keep on reading to see the unedited version.

As you’ve probably guessed, this came from the CBT – Cock Torture gallery.

A study in blood

IAM:Meriken_Metals recently sent in a photo series entitled “Vitality”.  While there wasn’t a lot of description given, it appears that it combined play piercing with blood play to create a blood print of the results of the piercings.  Instead of using the traditional play piercing needles, he used long pieces of flexible metal to weave the piercings together.

Head over to the ritual and play piercing gallery to see the rest of the photos.  Just a quick note, given the length of the wire, setting up a completely sterile environment would be difficult, so please don’t attempt to recreate this without first taking the proper safety precautions.

Blood and Hooks

The #Leeds suspension team from St. Petersburg, Russia is often featured because of their suspension photoshoots and performances.  While suspensions are a big part of what they do, they do have more than one trick up their sleeve.  In an effort to create their art, members of the team are sometimes asked to shed a little blood.

I’ve got one more photo from the shoot for you, but it has a smidgen of naughty bits, so you’ll have to keep reading to see it.

I’m sure some of that blood may be stage blood, but there’s no doubt that those hooks and rings generated their share of blood.

You can see more photos from this shoot in the #Leeds Suspension gallery.

No one was harmed in the making of this post

You’ve got to hand it to the #Leeds Suspension Team.  Not only do they come up with remarkable photos for their suspensions, but also for projects that don’t involve suspension at all.

Now, before you continue on with the post, be aware that these photos do contain some violent and possibly triggering content.  Also there are boobs.

Now these two photos are part of a series of photos put together by Boris Ligovsky, all of which tell a story.

To get the full story, be sure to check out the ritual and play piercing gallery.  The team members often check the comments sections, so if you have an questions I’m sure Arseniy or someone else would be happy to answer them.
